I specialize in working with highly ambitious, high-functioning women in their 30s and beyond who are recovering from divorce or the end of significant relationships. Many of the women I work with experience anxiety that shows up as overthinking, difficulty relaxing, constant mental pressure, irritability, trouble sleeping, or feeling like you always have to “fix things” or “be on.” If you struggle with self-doubt, loneliness, or patterns of overgiving in relationships while neglecting your own needs, together we can create space to process loss and grief, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with who you are beyond survival mode.

I work with couples who are seeking to rebuild after infidelity or reconnect after emotional distance. You may feel stuck in cycles of conflict, mistrust, or communication breakdowns. Anxiety in relationships can show up as walking on eggshells, fear of being hurt again, emotional withdrawal, or difficulty feeling secure and connected. I help couples slow down these patterns, strengthen communication, and begin rebuilding trust and emotional safety.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, creating a nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take place.
