Areinia Adams, LMFT offers AAMFT Approved Clinicianl supervision. Individual and group supervision will be provided as agreed upon by Supervisor and Supervisee, for one hour. I have decided to divide up this time in the following ways between the supervisory roles of coach, teacher and mentor. These roles include a mix of instruction/feedback, guidance, support, collaboration, and professional development. 

I work from a systemic approach postmodern and integrative methods through coaching and teaching. The supervisor and supervisee agree to provide 24-hour notice for cancellation of supervision. 

Ethical Considerations

The most current AAMFT Codes of Ethics will govern supervision. The supervisee agrees to abide by the same code of ethics even if they are not members of the organization of the code. As a supervisee , it is your ethical duty to inform your client’s that you are under supervision, and that client privacy will be upheld throughout supervision.
